Dubia roaches are great for feeding to a wide variety of animals. The various life-stages means they can be fed to small and juvenile reptiles as well as larger animals such as adult bearded dragons and monitors. You can also use them to feed to amphibians and invertebrates including arachnids and scorpions.

Since Dubia roaches are soft shelled and non-climbing, they don’t jump and they don’t fly, meaning they are easy for your pet to catch. It also means they are less likely to escape a pet’s enclosure. 

Dubia Roach Care

These animals can be quite long-lived (up to 6 months) so are a great choice for keeping as a treat for your pets. Their lifecycle can be affected by temperature and humidity so it is best to keep them cool and dark to slow down that lifecycle.

We feed our roaches on high quality fresh, organic greens prior to shipping them to you, so they arrive in tip top condition and with maximum nutritional value. If you are going to feed them straight away you don’t need to add anything extra. However, if you are going to keep them for an extended period feed them with good quality food and provide food and water in bowls. This prevents the moisture from combining with any roach faeces and causing problems in their enclosure.

Packaging Information

Dubia roaches are delivered in ventilated plastic tubs that are 100% recycled and recyclable. You can continue to keep the roaches in these tubs until you want to feed them, or transfer them to a larger home for longer term residency.
