The two previous orders from here have been awful, big delays in sending the package to me and also both orders have had hardly any crickets in the tubs. After first order I was told they would not do it again but it only got worse on the second order.
By the time Royal Mail decided to look for my address and drop off my parcel , half of the silkworms were dead
Packaging was damaged. Contacted for support as there was locust free to escape in the box. The meal worms could not be used as they had spilled everywhere .
I purchased a box of waxworms and when they came a large amount of them were dead and rotting. I understand there may be a few casualties in transit but feel this is disproportionate. I emailed customer service the next day and sent photos but have had no response.
