Normal Delivery Information
We understand receiving your order in a timely manner is important, especially livefoods. Our system will automatically calculate a "worst case" estimated delivery date during the checkout process and in your email confirmation. We dispatch orders Monday to Friday.
We ship almost all orders with Royal Mail on a Tracked 24H delivery service. This means Royal Mail should deliver the day after they collect the parcel from us, Royal Mail will contact you via email and text confirming the time they expect to deliver to you while giving you the option to leave the parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or your local post office collection point.

As of February 2024 Royal Mail are roughly delivering 96.1% of all our parcels on a next day service and 3.9% within 48 hours. With only a handful of orders going missing / experiencing longer delays.
Please remember when paying for the Special Delivery Service, your order is still dispatched in line with the below charts based on the time and day your order was first placed.

Please keep in mind that we dont dispatch orders on public/bank holidays, we will therefore dispatch on the next available day.

During bad weather, in particular temperatures dropping below freezing and high temperatures in excess of 30c we may delay orders to mitigate potential quality issues. We will always keep you updated via email in these situations.
