Normal Delivery Information
We understand receiving your order in a timely manner is important, especially livefoods. We dispatch orders Monday to Friday via Royal Mail and DPD on a next-day delivery service.
We ship almost all orders on a next-day delivery service. This means Royal Mail or DPD should deliver the day after they collect the parcel from us, Royal Mail and DPD will contact you via email and text confirming the time they expect to deliver to you while giving you the option to leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour.
DPD are instructed to leave your parcel in a safe place if you don't answer your door. We will not be liable for any loss or theft in these instances.
