Expected Heat Wave Disruptions - Parts of the UK are expected to see temperatures in the high 30s by the end of the week.
To mitigate issues,
All Frozen Orders - will be shipped with DRY ICE via APC when cooler temperatures prevail - They will likely not ship till the start of next week. Other items on the order will be shipped as normal.
Frozen UPDATE - Frozen order will ship on Sunday / Monday for delivery Monday / Tuesday
All Livefoods - We will pack extra livefoods into each tub or bulk bag to hopefully cover any potential losses. - Please report any issues on the day of arrival. Where possible, please don't leave orders in a safe place, especially if the delivery driver leaves them in the sun.
All of our boxes are vented to help mitigate any issues.
Normal Delivery Information
We understand that receiving your order in a timely manner is important, especially livefoods. We dispatch orders Monday to Friday via Royal Mail, Parcel Force and DPD on a next-day delivery service.
We ship almost all orders on a next-day delivery service. This means Royal Mail, Parcel Force or DPD should deliver the day after they collect the parcel from us. Our delivery partners will contact you via email and text to confirm the expected delivery time, while also offering the option to leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour.
DPD are instructed to leave your parcel in a safe place if you don't answer your door. We will not be liable for any loss or theft in these instances.
