All orders are dispatched and delivered inline with our dispatch schedule that can viewed here.

Please also note orders sent via DPD will be left in a safe place if no one is present to receive the order.

Our customer service team are on hand between the hours of 1pm and 8pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
