Why Use A Misting System
If you have a fully planted or bioactive terrarium, a mister is a much better way to add water and humidity than pouring water directly into the tank. It can also help stimulate drinking behaviours in some pets and maintain optimum health in pets like dart frogs.
This simple misting system from Reptizoo is great for use in a single terrarium. It has a versatile control system that lets you set bursts of water from once an hour, up to every 24 hours plus control the length of the bursts of water to control how much is put into your setup. The large 2.2L volume and visual water level indicator makes it easy to top up your water as and when it is needed.
The mister is powered by a micro booster pump making it run quietly so it won't disrupt you or your pets. There's also a fully adjustable spray nozzle allowing you to spray water in any direction in your terrarium.
