How To Use Cocoa Pods
These seed pods can be scattered across the surface of your terrarium floor to provide natural decoration and hiding places for clean up crew and livefood, thereby encouraging natural foraging in your pet. If you have smaller animals such as jumping spiders, these nuts can form the centre piece of their set up as they are ideal for spiderlings and small pets to hide inside. For extra security, they can be secured to the side of a terrarium with a spot of silicone sealant.
Cocoa pods can also be used in aquariums but may cause temporary staining of the water as their natural chemicals leach out.
