Adjustable Bamboo Dripper
Take control over the water flow in your terrarium with this easy to use bamboo dripper. Unlike other drippers, this replica bamboo plant is adjustable, giving you the choice of having the high form or short form dripper to suit your terrarium space.
Easy to set up, water is pumped from the base of the fountain to the top of the bamboo before spilling along the down pipe and back into the reservoir at the bottom. With a large 1,300ml capacity, you can be sure your pet will be kept well watered without you needing to top the system up daily.
The whole dripper is powered by a pump that sits in the reservoir and quietly circulates the water. It has adjustable flow control and anti-run-dry so it won't burn out the motor if the reservoir runs dry.
Why Use A Dripper?
Some pets prefer to drink flowing water and cannot see the stationary surface of water in a bowl. Arboreal animals in particular prefer to drink dripping or flowing water and avoid going down to the terrarium floor to drink.
A dripper also adds to the humidity of your terrarium by increasing the surface area of water available for evaporation.
Finally, moving water is less prone to stagnation so will stay fresh for longer.
